T: I think
you are ready for our lesson and have a good mood. Our lesson is dedicated to music. It is
impossible to live without it ,it follows us everywhere, it is in our hearts,
feelings and souls.

T: Today we are
going to revise everything we have learnt about music , styles of music , music
tastes , practice our listening, reading , speaking. So our today’s topic is “Music in our life “.
Let’s begin our
lesson which will have a form of
debates!

T: Look at the
blackboard,please, and read the motto of our lesson:
“Life without
music would be a mistake”. Do you agree with this wonderful quotation?
P1:Yes, I do,
because we can’t imagine our life without music.
P2: I thing life
without music would be boring!
P3: In my
opinion, life without music isn’t interesting at all.
P4: Really, the
life would be a mistake if we didn’t hear music.

Представники команд
по черзі виходять до дошки й отримують одну з карток. Необхідно інсценувати гру
на зазначеному музичному інструменті так , щоб команда відгадала , що це за
інструмент. Перемагає команда , яка відгадає більше слів.
Team1: Are you playing the flute?
Leader: No, I’m not.
Team1: Are you
playing the trumpet?
Leader: No, I’m
not.

Yes,

2.
Проведення дебатів ( активізація ЛО в усному мовленні, практика усного
мовлення)
T: Now we’ll
divide our class into 2 groups and you will discuss the following questions:
Does music help
us to cope with our every day routine, to entertain us somehow from boring life
or music on the contrary distracts our attention and doesn’t allow us to
concentrate on our problems?
You have 5
minutes for discussion and after that we’ll listen to all your points of view
and come to a certain conclusion! Start, please!
In 5 minutes
pupils express their points of view and share their ideas and thoughts with
each other.
